• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges:
